Kim Mansky joins CTSI as K-R01 Transition to Independence program director

Kim Mansky, PhD, joins CTSI as the director of the K-R01 Transition to Independence Program.

The K-R01 program positions University of Minnesota Assistant and Associate Professors conducting clinical or translational research to be competitive for R01 awards. The two-year program includes $50,000 in funding over the course of the program, mentorship, and dedicated career development support.

Dr. Mansky is a professor in the Division of Orthodontics and holds faculty positions in the Microbiology, Immunology and Cancer Biology PhD Graduate Program, the PhD Program in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology and Genetics, and is the Director of the T90/R90 MinnCResT training program.
