Citing CTSA support
This Clinical and Translational Science Institute webpage describes when to acknowledge CTSA support (e.g., if you've received CTSI pilot funds, used CTSI facilities, or consulted with CTSI experts), and includes the proper text to use in publications. 

For studies receiving NIH support

NIH Public Access Policy and Compliance  
The NIH Public Access Policy requires that publication accepted, peer-reviewed journal articles that result from NIH-funded research be submitted to PubMed Central (PMC) and be made publicly available 12 months after publication. This Bio-Medical Library page covers all the aspects of the mandate.
