  • Define and identify the first principles of resilience
  • Explore practices to help calm the nervous system
  • Develop a personalized plan to support and strengthen resilience

 About Michelle M. Lamere, MPA, ACC, CDWF

Michelle is the Assistant Director for Education Programs at the University of Minnesota’s Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI). She holds a Masters of Public Affairs, from the Humphrey School Public Affairs and a graduate minor in Integrative Therapies and Alternative Healing Practices with a focus on resilience. She has also studied at the Dalai Lama's Medical Research Institute in Dharamsala, India. She is a certified executive coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is also a certified facilitator in the techniques and methodology of Research Professor Brené Brown's Daring Way™ curriculum. Michelle has been developing the careers of researchers and leaders for over fifteen years.
