Clinical Facilities and Staff


CTSI operates three clinical research facilities:

Masonic Clinical Research Unit (MCRU) for both inpatient and outpatient research. MCRU has access to the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview emergency services, and is ideal for more complex or higher risk studies.

Delaware Clinical Research Unit (DCRU) for outpatient research. DCRU offers convenient parking at no cost to participants, exam and consultation rooms, and specialized pediatric facilities.

Lillehei Clinical Research Unit (LCRU) for cardiovascular research. LCRU offers specialized facilities and equipment for cadiovascular studies, including Echocardiography,and a Stress Test Laboratory.

The Clinical Research Implementation Services (CRIS) team supports your study by providing registered nurses, certified medical assistants, and a medical laboratory technician to assist with your clinical research procedures.
