Research Project Managers
CTSI's Research Project Managers are certified clinical research coordinators with a wealth of experience in managing clinical research studies. They provide full service project assistance with investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored studies. In addition to the direct service RPMs provide, they can also connect investigators with other CTSI expertise and resources.
Their services include, but are not limited to:
Resources consultation: RPMs can advise investigators on available resources across CTSI, including the Clinical Translational Research Services (CTRS), and help them access these resources.
Grant preparation: RPMs can assemble staff teams to assist with grant proposal design and preparation and formulating, negotiating, and managing budgets.
Study implementation: RPMs can help investigators assemble research teams to conduct studies, help oversee study management, and assure timely completion.
RPMs are well versed in IRB application preparation, protocol development, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and NIH research rules and standards for the design, conduct, performance, monitoring, auditing, recording, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials.
