Evaluation and Monitoring

Our goal is to provide metrics and other useful information for continuous improvement of CTSI operations to guide programmatic and institutional decisions. Each CTSI office, program, and function team will identify its measurable intended outcomes. These metrics will become part of the evaluation database for use in management dashboards, a Web-based system for displaying key performance indicators of progress toward achieving goals and deliverables.

We will do this by:

• Providing evaluation and monitoring for all institute activities and interactions.
• Establishing a real-time, Web-based management dashboard system for monitoring key performance indicators based on the key CTSI outcome goals and objectives.
• Tracking key CTSI core function process activities and outputs.
• Evaluating CTSI outcomes and processes for formative feedback.
• Establishing and maintaining efficient and informative reporting structures and cycles to foster continuous and timely quality improvements and accountability.
