CTSI Caution ConeThe Education, Training and Research Career Development (EdTRCD) Program will meet the needs of a broad spectrum of current and future clinical translational science (CTS) researchers by:

  • Strengthening mentored CTS career development through enhanced mentorship and providing tailored, flexible and competency-based curriculum to meet individual needs.
  • Providing educational opportunities with a coordinated, mentored CTS research continuum addressing T1, T2, and T3 research.
  • Enhancing faculty rewards and recognition for formally recognizing CTS research.
  • Meeting the educational and training needs of interdisciplinary CTS researchers and teams at the University and in the community by developing educational materials and delivery platforms to provide flexible, customizable, location-independent learning to advance CTS research competencies.
